Shipping Policy
Orders ship the same business day of order placement Monday to Friday. Weekend & Holiday orders ship the next business day. Daily shipping deadline is 12:01 P.M. EST. Orders received after this time will ship the next business day. Estimated Delivery Times are Ground: 5-7 business days, 3rd Day: 3 business days, 2nd Day Air: 2 business days. Order confirmations and tracking numbers are provided to orders which supply e:mail.
Payment Methods
We accept most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We do not accept purchase orders or checks as a method of payment.

Product Returns
For returnable product call 1-877-267-2444 or email us at sales@shopfromyourhome.com for a Return Authorization Number (R.A.N) within 30 days of invoice date. Returns must be in original manufacturer box, inside an outer shipping box, sent by Mail (with Delivery Confirmation) or alternate trackable method, and have the R.A.N. written on the outside of the package (we cannot accept unauthorized returns). Credits will not include shipping cost. Returned product must be received at Shop From Your Home within 2 weeks of the R.A.N issued date to ensure credit.
The 30 day Money Back Guarantee applies to products which have this guarantee listed in the product information page. This guarantee is only to give customers the opportunity to return the product if unsatisfied but may include restocking fees of 15 - 25%.Merchandise will be credited at the original price less freight plus a possible restocking fee of 15 - 25% depending on the product. Products are not returnable after 30 days from the invoice date.
The following return policy applies to all products which do not have a specific guarantee or special return policy listed on the product information page. Merchandise will be credited at original invoice price less freight and restocking fees of between: 15% and 25% depending on the item.
Health Products are not returnable due to health regulations. Pool alarms are not returnable if the package has been opened.
