Shipping Policy
Orders ship the
same business day of order placement Monday to Friday. Weekend & Holiday
orders ship the next business day. Daily shipping deadline is 12:01 P.M.
EST. Orders received after this time will ship the next business day. Estimated
Delivery Times are Ground: 5-7 business days, 3rd Day: 3 business days, 2nd
Day Air: 2 business days. Order confirmations and tracking numbers are provided
to orders which supply e:mail.
Product Returns
For returnable product call 1-888-530-6800 or email us at sales@shopfromyourhome.com
for a Return Authorization Number (R.A.N) within 30 days of invoice date. Returns
must be in original manufacturer box, inside an outer shipping box, sent by
Mail (with Delivery Confirmation) or alternate trackable method, and have the
R.A.N. written on the outside of the package (we cannot accept unauthorized
returns). Credits will not include shipping cost. Returned product must be
received at Shop From Your Home within 2 weeks of the R.A.N issued date to
ensure credit. Products returned to our warehouse without an RA# are subject to a 25% restock fee.
